How to Apply

  1. Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) on the SSC website if not already done.
  2. Login using registration credentials and select the Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Examination 2026.
  3. Fill the online application form carefully with personal, educational, and other required details.
  4. Capture live photograph as per instructions (clear face, no cap/spectacles, proper lighting).
  5. Upload scanned signature in JPG/JPEG format (10–20 KB, approx. 6.0 cm × 2.0 cm). Upload required documents as applicable.
  6. Preview the application form and verify all details before final submission.
  7. Pay the application fee online (if applicable) by 2026-05-16.
  8. Submit the application form on or before 2026-05-15 (11 PM).
  9. Take a printout of the application form for future reference. No need to send it to Staff Selection Commission at this stage.
  10. If needed, make corrections in the application form between 2026-05-20 to 2026-05-21 by paying correction charges (Rs 200 for first correction and Rs 500 for 2nd correction).
