RPSF Constable Selection Process

  • Phase I: Computer-Based Test (CBT): This is an online objective test that assesses candidates on General Awareness, Arithmetic, and General Intelligence & Reasoning. The marks obtained in the CBT are used to shortlist candidates for the next phase.
  • Phase II: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Measurement Test (PMT): Candidates who qualify the CBT undergo physical tests. The PET includes events like running, long jump, and high jump to test endurance and agility. The PMT measures height and chest specifications.
  • Phase III: Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates are called for the verification of their original educational, age, and category certificates.
