Minimum Qualification & Experience

Principal Chief Consultant

55 years

Master’s in Accounting / MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA + 10 years post-qualification experience in Finance & Procurement in School Education

Chief Consultants

45 years

Master’s Degree in relevant discipline (AI/IT/Data Science / Education / Social Science / Psychometric etc.) + 08 years post-qualification experience in respective area

Senior Consultants

40 years

Master’s / B.Tech / MBA / LLB + 05 years post-qualification experience in relevant field (Infrastructure, RTE, Quality, Event Management etc.)

Consultants

35 years

Master’s / B.Tech / LLB + 03 years post-qualification experience in relevant field (Monitoring, NEP, Assessment, DBT, ICT, Legal etc.)

Project Associates

28 years

B.Tech / Post Graduate Degree / 2-year PG Diploma / 4-year Graduate Degree from reputed institute + support role experience

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

  • Shortlisting on the basis of academic qualifications and post-qualification experience
  • Personal Interview (as decided by EdCIL)
  • Document Verification

A waiting list will also be prepared for each category.
