DRDO JTO Selection Process

• Tier-II (Descriptive): Candidates who qualify Tier-I will appear for a descriptive paper. This test is designed to assess translation skills and essay writing abilities. It carries 200 marks and has a duration of 120 minutes. [6, 14, 21]

• Education: Master's degree from a recognized University in Hindi or English, with the other language as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level. OR Master's degree in any subject with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory subject at degree level. [3, 29]

• Age Limit: The age limit is typically between 18 to 30 years, with relaxations for reserved categories. [6, 18]
