Phase 1: Access www.rrbapply.gov.in, select the prominent red "Apply" option at the upper right, choose "Create an Account" if new, or sign in using current details (Mobile/Email and Password).

Reminder: Applicants who signed up for appropriate RRB Exams can utilize their prior login information.

Phase 2: New applicants should provide personal and communication information on the account creation screen.

Phase 3: Confirm Email, Mobile, and Aadhaar via OTP verification.

Phase 4: Establish a password and select "Preview and Create an Account".

Phase 5: Sign in with Email or Mobile and Password.

Phase 6: Submit digital versions of passport photo, signature, and necessary documents (for SC/ST/PwBD categories if relevant).
