➢ Step 1: Visit the official ISRO URSC application portal (link provided above).

➢ Step 2: For Post Code 01 & 03, register online, fill in your personal, educational, and experience details, and ensure your Email ID is correct.

➢ Step 3: For Post Code 02, candidates must register/update their profiles on the ISRO Live Register portal.

➢ Step 4: Upload clear scanned copies of a recent passport-size photograph, signature, educational certificates, and category certificates (if applicable).

➢ Step 5: Pay the processing fee of ₹750/- online via the Bharatkosh portal/payment gateway.

➢ Step 6: Submit the application form before the deadline of 12th April 2026 and take a printout for future reference.

Application Fee

  • For Post Code 01 & 03: ₹750/- processing fee for all candidates.
  • Refund in full (₹750/-) for exempted categories (Women, SC/ST/PwBD, Ex-Servicemen) who appear in the test/interview.
  • Refund of ₹500/- for all other candidates who appear in the written test/interview.
  • For Post Code 02: There is no application fee.
  • Payment Method: Online Mode only (Internet Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, UPI).

Age Limit

The upper age limit is 28 years for Scientist/Engineer 'SC' and 35 years for Scientist/Engineer 'SD' & Medical Officer 'SC' as on 12.04.2026.

Selection Process

  • Post Code 01: Written Test (80 marks core + 20 marks aptitude) followed by Interview.
  • Post Code 02: Initial screening via ISRO Live Register portal, followed by Interview.
  • Post Code 03: Initial screening (a written test purely for short-listing may be conducted if needed) followed by Interview.
