• For Paper 2A (Classes VI–VIII, Regular): Candidates must be Graduates with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) and hold a B.Ed. degree or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• For Paper 2B (Classes VI–VIII, Special Schools): Candidates need a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree with 50% marks and a B.Ed. degree in Special Education or an equivalent RCI-recognized qualification.

Individuals currently in their final year of these teacher education programs are permitted to apply; however, they must successfully complete their course requirements before they can be considered in any subsequent teacher recruitment examination.
