These qualifying marks are fixed thresholds established by the government. To be declared 'qualified' for the AP TET, a candidate must score at or above these levels in their respective category. These marks are not 'cut-offs' in the sense of a competition, but rather a standard of competence required to be awarded the AP TET certificate.
