Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent qualification. Specific posts like Sub-Registrar or District Basic Shiksha Adhikari may require specialized degrees as per the official notification.
Candidates must be between 21 and 40 years of age as of July 1st of the recruitment year.

- Main Examination (Written Descriptive Type)
- Personal Interview (Viva-Voce)
- Document Verification and Medical Examination
- SC/ST/OBC/Skilled Players/State Govt Employees: 5 years
- PwD: 15 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 years plus service rendered
