The Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to the five-year Integrated Programme in Management at IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. The exam is a computer-based test (CBT) assessing Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. There is no specific age limit prescribed for candidates appearing in JIPMAT, provided they have passed the 10+2 examination in the year 2022, 2023, or 2024.

Candidates must have passed the Class XII/HSC/equivalent examination in Arts, Science, or Commerce stream with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) in the aggregate.

Note: Each correct answer carries 4 marks; 1 mark is deducted for every incorrect response. Total duration: 150 minutes.

Download the admit card via the NTA candidate portal using your Application Number and Date of Birth. Mandatory items for the exam center include:

• Printed copy of Admit Card.
• One passport-size photograph (same as uploaded).
• Authorized Photo ID (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport).
• Self-declaration form (Undertaking) provided with the admit card.

NTA releases the provisional answer key on the official website shortly after the exam. Candidates can challenge specific questions by paying a non-refundable fee of INR 200 per question. The final answer key is released after reviewing valid challenges.

The JIPMAT result is calculated based on the NTA normalization process. The final merit list is prepared by the respective IIMs based on the JIPMAT score, 10th and 12th standard marks, and gender diversity weightage as defined in their individual admission policies.

Focus on foundational concepts in Mathematics (Class 10 level). Prioritize Reading Comprehension and Vocabulary for the Verbal section. Use logical reasoning puzzles to build speed. Practice previous years' papers to understand the question style. Maintain consistent speed-accuracy balance due to the negative marking scheme.
