NCRTC Technician (Standard) Salary & Job Profile
Updated 2026The remuneration for the Technician post is provided as a consolidated monthly package. Recruited candidates are entitled to a consolidated salary of INR 23,850 per month, which is all-inclusive.
Surety Bond & Service Commitment
Upon joining, selected candidates must execute a surety bond of INR 1,00,000, which includes training costs and applicable GST. This bond commits the technician to serve the corporation for a minimum period of two years. If a candidate wishes to resign, they are required to provide a one-month notice period before leaving the service.
Training
All newly inducted technicians are required to undergo intensive on-the-job training. The duration of this training is pre-defined but may be subject to extension or reduction based on the company's discretion regarding individual trainee performance.
