WBHRB Staff Nurse Exam Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess the following mandatory qualifications:
- Passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board.
- Possess a GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc Nursing degree from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and West Bengal Nursing Council.
- Must be registered as a Nurse/Midwife with the West Bengal Nursing Council.
- Ability to read, write, and speak Bengali or Nepali.
Candidates must be between 18 and 39 years of age as of the first day of January of the recruitment year.

- Interview/Viva-Voce
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (A & B): 3 years
- PwBD: Up to 45 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per State Government norms
