Candidates must possess a full-time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or relevant Post-Graduate degree in Finance/HR/Law from a UGC/AICTE recognized institution. Specific percentage requirements (typically 60%) apply for all categories.
The maximum age limit for SECI Experienced Professionals is strictly defined in the official notification, usually capped between 32 to 45 years depending on the post level.

- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
