The Junior Maintenance & Operator Trainee (JMOT) role offers a stable financial package. During the training phase, which is a critical period for developing job-specific skills, the trainees are provided with a consolidated monthly stipend of INR 17,000. It is important to note that this stipend figure is currently under revision. Once the training period concludes successfully, the appointees will be placed on a regular pay scale ranging from INR 25,600 to INR 81,200. This salary structure is designed to reflect the responsibilities associated with the maintenance and operational tasks within the corporation.
