NHIDCL General Recruitment Exam Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications are strictly role-dependent:
- Technical Posts: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
- Finance Posts: Degree in Commerce or Chartered Accountant/ICWA/MBA (Finance).
- Experience: Mandatory years of experience in relevant sectors (Roads/Highways/Infrastructure) as specified in the notification.
The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation is 56 years as of the closing date of receipt of applications.
- Screening of Applications based on Eligibility Criteria.
- Shortlisting of candidates based on experience and credentials.
- Personal Interview (for contractual/direct recruitment).
- Document Verification.
- Medical Examination.
- SC/ST: As per GoI norms.
- OBC: As per GoI norms.
- PwBD: As per GoI norms.
- Ex-Servicemen: According to Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) guidelines.
