Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification. There is no minimum percentage requirement; a pass degree is sufficient.
Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years on the 1st of August of the year of examination.
