About Organisation
The Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board is a statutory autonomous body established to manage the affairs of the holy shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi. Headquartered in Katra, Jammu & Kashmir, the board is responsible for the administration, development, and maintenance of the shrine and its surrounding facilities. It functions under the mandate of providing efficient services to pilgrims, managing infrastructure, and overseeing various welfare and hospitality operations within the shrine area.
श्री माता वैष्णो देवी श्राइन बोर्ड एक वैधानिक स्वायत्त निकाय है जिसे श्री माता वैष्णो देवी के पवित्र तीर्थ के मामलों का प्रबंधन करने के लिए स्थापित किया गया है। कटरा, जम्मू और कश्मीर में मुख्यालय वाला यह बोर्ड तीर्थ और उसके आसपास की सुविधाओं के प्रशासन, विकास और रखरखाव के लिए जिम्मेदार है। यह तीर्थयात्रियों को कुशल सेवाएं प्रदान करने, बुनियादी ढांचे का प्रबंधन करने और तीर्थ क्षेत्र के भीतर विभिन्न कल्याणकारी और आतिथ्य कार्यों की देखरेख करने के जनादेश के तहत कार्य करता है।
