About Organisation
The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) was established by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India. It serves as the nodal agency for implementing the Digital India program. NeGD is responsible for providing strategic support, project management, and technical expertise to various government departments to facilitate the delivery of public services through digital platforms. Its headquarters are located in New Delhi, and it plays a pivotal role in transforming the digital landscape of the country.
