Selection Process

The selection process consists of five distinct stages. It begins with a Preliminary Written Test (PWT) to shortlist candidates. Successful applicants then undergo a Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and a Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Those who qualify the physical standards proceed to the Final Written Examination (FWE). The final stage involves certificate verification to confirm eligibility and local candidature.

Exam Pattern

The Preliminary Written Test consists of 200 objective-type questions covering General Studies and Arithmetic/Reasoning, to be completed in 3 hours. The Final Written Examination includes four papers: English and Telugu/Urdu (qualifying), and Arithmetic/Reasoning and General Studies (merit-based).
