The Office of the District Collector and Magistrate in Warangal District, operating under the Government of Telangana, has initiated an official recruitment drive to engage qualified professionals for 12 vacant positions across six distinct categories. These appointments are designed to support the AYUSH Public Health Programmes under the National AYUSH Mission. Selected candidates will be placed on an outsourcing basis with tenure extending up to 31 March 2027. This engagement provides an excellent opportunity for healthcare practitioners, nutritionists, social workers, and administrative support personnel to contribute meaningfully to regional public healthcare delivery systems.
Engaging with the district health administration offers a platform to serve communities and gain valuable public sector experience. The positions feature structured monthly consolidated remuneration ranging from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 60,000, along with session-based compensation for specialized roles. Selected individuals will operate under the administrative control of the Director, Department of AYUSH, facilitating professional engagement within state-sponsored health initiatives.
The official notification specifies no application fee requirement for any candidate category. All applicants may submit their offline forms without fee payments.
The selection of candidates is supervised by the District Selection Committee headed by the District Collector. A total of 100 marks form the basis of evaluation, split between academic merit or written evaluation and age weightage.
For professional positions including AYUSH Doctors, Medical Officers, Dieticians, Counselors, and Yoga Professionals, 90 marks are allocated based on percentage secured in the qualifying examination. For Multi Purpose Workers, a written test conducted by designated authorities carries 90 marks.
An additional 10 marks are awarded for age weightage, computed from age 18 at the rate of 0.5 marks for each completed year up to the cutoff date. A final merit and selection list is published following community reservation norms and presidential orders.
The selection does not involve a traditional competitive examination for most technical categories, relying instead on qualifying degree marks combined with age-based weightage marks. Multi Purpose Worker candidates undergo a written test administered by local recruitment authorities, accounting for 90 marks.
