Selection Process

The selection process for the RSSB CET Graduate Level 2026 is structured as a qualifying eligibility test. Candidates must first submit their applications online and appear for the OMR-based written examination. Upon the declaration of results, those who meet the minimum qualifying threshold of 40% (with 5% relaxation for SC/ST) will be eligible to apply for the main recruitment exams conducted by the respective departments for the 12 covered services. Exam Pattern

The exam consists of 150 objective-type questions worth 300 marks, to be completed in 3 hours. The syllabus covers history, geography, polity, economy, science, reasoning, mathematics, current affairs, computer knowledge, and languages. There is a negative marking of 1/3 mark for each incorrect answer. Candidates must mark option 'E' for unattempted questions; failing to mark more than 10% of questions results in disqualification.
