Selection Process
The selection process consists of four distinct phases. Phase I is a written test covering General English and General Knowledge. Candidates who qualify proceed to Phase II, which includes a Physical Fitness Test (PFT) involving a 1.6 km run, push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. Phase III is the Stream Suitability Test (SST) to assess practical skills in the chosen stream. Finally, Phase IV involves a comprehensive medical examination conducted by the Air Force medical team to ensure candidates meet all physical standards.
