Key Responsibilities
- Engage in structured on-the-job training within the designated trade or discipline at the HAL Nasik facility.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and industrial standards maintained by the Aircraft Division.
- Participate in technical workshops, skill-building sessions, and professional development activities organized by the Training & Development Institute.
- Maintain accurate records of daily tasks, project progress, and training modules completed during the apprenticeship period.
- Collaborate with senior technical staff and mentors to understand aerospace manufacturing processes and quality control measures.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned training tasks and compliance with the contractual obligations of the apprenticeship agreement.

Selection Process
Merit-Based Selection
The selection process is entirely merit-based, relying on the marks obtained in the qualifying examinations. There is no written test or personal interview conducted for these positions.
Merit Calculation
For ITI candidates, the merit score is derived by assigning 70% weightage to 10th-grade marks and 30% to ITI marks. For Graduate and Diploma candidates, the merit is determined based on the final aggregate marks of their respective qualifying degree or diploma.
Verification and Joining
Shortlisted candidates will be called for physical document verification in September 2026. Final selection is subject to medical fitness and successful police verification.
