UPPSC Lecturer (General) Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university with at least 55% marks. Preference is often given to candidates who have cleared the NET (National Eligibility Test) or hold a Ph.D. degree as per UGC guidelines for higher education faculty.

Candidates must generally be between 21 and 40 years of age. The specific cut-off date for age calculation is mentioned in the official advertisement for each recruitment cycle.
