Candidates must meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree: Minimum 50% marks in Science/Social Science/Humanities/Commerce.
Engineering/Technology Graduates: Minimum 55% marks with specialization in Science and Mathematics.
Relaxation: 2.5% relaxation in qualifying marks for SC/ST/Blind/Visually/Differently Abled candidates of Haryana only.

There is no upper or lower age limit for admission to the B.Ed. program in Haryana colleges as per the NCTE and State Government guidelines.
