DSSSB Nursery Teacher Exam Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy the following criteria:
- Senior Secondary School (Class XII) certificate or equivalent with at least 45% marks from a recognized Board/University.
- Diploma/Certificate in Nursery Teacher Education programme of a duration of not less than two years OR B.Ed (Nursery) from a recognized institution.
- Must have passed Hindi at the Secondary (Class X) level.
The maximum age limit for the post of Nursery Teacher is 30 years as of the crucial date mentioned in the notification.
- One-tier (General) Examination (Objective Type).
- Document Verification (DV).
- Medical Examination.
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC: 3 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years
- PwBD + SC/ST: 15 Years
- PwBD + OBC: 13 Years
- Departmental Candidate: Up to 5 years (for those with 3 years continuous service)
