UPSSSC Draftsman Exam Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a Certificate or Diploma in Draftsmanship (Civil) from an ITI or recognized Technical Board. Proficiency in AutoCAD or relevant CAD software is often mandated in the official job description. Candidates must have qualified for the UPSSSC PET (Preliminary Eligibility Test) to be eligible for the Mains examination.
Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age as of July 1st of the recruitment year.
- Shortlisting based on UPSSSC PET Score.
- Main Written Examination (Objective Type).
- Document Verification (DV).
- Medical Examination.
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 5 years
- Skilled Players (UP): 5 years
- State Government Employees: Up to 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 years after deduction of military service
