Candidates must possess the following:
- Matriculation/10+2: Passed from a recognized Board/University.
- Skill Test: Speed of 80 w.p.m. in shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typing in English OR 80 w.p.m. in shorthand and 35 w.p.m. in typing in Hindi.
The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 27 years as of the crucial date mentioned in the official notification.
