It is important to note that the degree must be completed on or before the closing date for applications. Age Limit for FSSAI Assistant 2026
The age criteria for the FSSAI Assistant Recruitment 2026 are strictly defined to ensure that the candidates fall within an appropriate age bracket for government service. As per the standard requirements, the upper age limit for candidates applying for the Assistant post is 30 years as of the closing date of the application. This age limit is crucial, and any candidate exceeding this limit will not be considered for the recruitment process unless they belong to a category eligible for age relaxation. It is mandatory for candidates to provide official proof of age, such as a birth certificate or the secondary school examination certificate, during the verification process.
Selection Process for FSSAI Assistant 2026
The selection process for the FSSAI Assistant position is designed to be straightforward and merit-oriented. It consists of a single stage, which is a Computer-Based Test (CBT). This test is the sole determinant for the final selection of candidates. All applicants must participate in this examination, as it carries 100% weightage for the recruitment. Candidates who are absent during this stage will be automatically removed from the list of eligible candidates. The test assesses candidates on their proficiency across several subject areas, including General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, General Awareness, Computer Literacy, and knowledge related to the FSSAI's specific functions and initiatives.
