Railway GDCE Exam Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold the minimum educational qualification prescribed for the post, such as ITI for Technician, Diploma/Degree for JE, and Matriculation/ITI for ALP. The qualification must be from a recognized Board/University/Institution.
The maximum age limit for General category candidates is 42 years, calculated as of the first day of the month following the notification date.
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Computer Based Aptitude Test (for ALP)
- Document Verification (DV)
- Medical Examination
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Length of service + 3 years
