Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Additionally, candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Odia, having passed Odia as a subject in M.E. School standard or equivalent.
Candidates must be between 21 and 25 years of age as of the crucial date mentioned in the official notification.
