Assam Police Exam Eligibility Criteria

Constable (UB): HS (10+2) Examination passed. Constable (AB): HSLC (Class 10) Examination passed. Sub-Inspector: Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university. Physical standards require a minimum height of 162.56 cm for General/OBC and specific chest measurements as per official notification.
Candidates must be between 18 and 25 years of age as of January 1, 2024, for the post of Constable.

- SC/ST (P) & ST (H): 5 years
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 years after deduction of military service
