Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Mass Communication, Library Science, or Management from a recognized University. Proficiency in English and Hindi, along with computer literacy in MS Office and publishing software, is mandatory.
The maximum age limit for the Young Professional position is 32 years as of the crucial date mentioned in the official notification.

- Final selection based on interview performance and functional expertise.
