Mandatory qualifications include:
- B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with Integrated Certificate Course in Community Health (CCCH).
- OR GNM/B.Sc. Nursing with successful completion of CCCH training.
- Valid registration with the Chhattisgarh Nursing Council.
Candidates must be between 21 and 35 years of age as of the crucial cutoff date specified in the official notification.
