NHM Assam CHO Exam Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / BAMS from a recognized Institute/University.
- Must be registered with the Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ and Health Visitors’ Council or State Council of Indian Medicine, Assam.
- Proficiency in the regional language of Assam is mandatory.
The candidate must be within the age limit of 21 to 40 years as of the first day of the recruitment year specified in the official notification.
- Screening of applications.
- Written Examination / Computer Based Test (CBT).
- Document Verification.
- Final Merit List preparation based on exam scores.
- SC/ST: Up to 5 years.
- OBC/MOBC: Up to 3 years.
- PwBD: Up to 10 years.
