DGNM Admission TN Medical Exam Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates must satisfy the following criteria:

• Academic Qualification: Pass in 10+2 (HSC) or equivalent examination.
• Subject Requirement: Must have studied English as a compulsory subject.
• Aggregate: Minimum 40% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
• Physical Standards: Must be medically fit as certified by a registered medical practitioner.

Candidates must have completed 17 years of age as of December 31 of the admission year, with an upper age limit of 35 years.

2. Preparation of the State-level Merit List based on HSC marks.
3. Publication of Rank List by the Selection Committee.
4. Call for Counseling based on rank.
5. Document Verification at the designated center.
6. Final Allotment of Government Nursing School.

• SC/ST/SCA: Relaxable up to 40 years.
• OBC/BCM/MBC/DNC: As per State Government norms.
• PwBD: 5 years relaxation provided for eligible categories.
