Patna Civil Court Stenographer (General) Exam Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Additionally, the following are mandatory:
- Shorthand Speed: 80 WPM in English/Hindi.
- Typing Speed: 40 WPM in English/Hindi.
- Computer Proficiency: Certificate in Computer Application (CCA) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
The candidate must be between 18 and 37 years of age as of the crucial date specified in the official notification.

- English/Hindi Shorthand-Typing Test
- Computer Proficiency Test
- Interview
- Document Verification
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Male/Female): 3 years
- UR (Female): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Bihar Government rules.
