UPPCL Lineman (Technician) Exam Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a 10th-grade certificate (High School) with Science and Mathematics. Additionally, a mandatory ITI certificate in the Electrician/Electrical trade from an NCVT or SCVT recognized institute is required.
Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age as of the first day of January of the recruitment year.
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Document Verification (DV)
- Medical Examination
- SC/ST/OBC (UP Domicile): 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 years plus length of service
- Dependents of Freedom Fighters: 5 years
- Physically Handicapped (OA/OL/PB/PD): 15 years
