Candidates must possess a Three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a Government recognized Institute/University with a minimum of 60% marks for UR/OBC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST candidates.
The candidate must be between 21 and 28 years of age as of the crucial date specified in the official notification.
