Candidates must possess a Three-Year Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from an institution recognized by the Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the State Government.
Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age as of the crucial date specified in the official notification.
