NMDC Maintenance Assistant Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess an ITI Certificate in the relevant trade (Welder, Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Motor Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Electrician) from a recognized Industrial Training Institute. Candidates appearing for their final year exams are generally not eligible unless specified.
The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 30 years as of the crucial date mentioned in the official notification.

- Trade Test (Qualifying in Nature)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC (NCL): 3 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years (General), 13 Years (OBC), 15 Years (SC/ST)
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India guidelines
