Junior Research Fellow Exam at NIT Sikkim Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA, along with a valid GATE score or NET qualification. Candidates with M.Tech degrees in the relevant field are also eligible to apply.
The upper age limit is typically 28 years for JRF positions, relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/Women candidates as per DST/GOI norms.
