NIELIT Teaching Faculty Exam Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech or M.Sc/MCA in relevant streams (Computer Science/Electronics) from a recognized university. A PhD or NET qualification is preferred for higher faculty grades. Detailed subject-wise requirements are available in Annexure-I of the official notification.
The minimum age for applicants is 21 years and the maximum age is 35 years as of the crucial cutoff date mentioned in the notification.

- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
