| Stipendiary Trainee I (Engg) | Diploma in respective Engineering discipline (Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics/Instrumentation, Mechanical). |
| Stipendiary Trainee I (Science) | B.Sc in Chemistry/Physics with 60% marks (with Mathematics and relevant subject as ancillary). |
| Stipendiary Trainee II (Technical Trades) | Minimum 60% in SSC/HSC (with Physics, Chemistry, Math) + ITI certification in relevant trade. |
| Stipendiary Trainee II (Lab Assistant) | Minimum 60% marks in HSC with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. |
