GATE PI Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) in Production and Industrial Engineering or related disciplines. Students in the 3rd year or higher of their undergraduate degree program are also eligible to apply.
GATE examination has no upper or lower age limit for candidates appearing for the test.
- Online GATE Computer Based Test (CBT).
- Release of GATE Scorecard.
- Application to individual PSUs based on GATE scores.
- Personal Interview (PI) or Group Discussion (GD) conducted by the respective PSU.
- Document Verification and Medical Examination.
