BTSC JE Exam Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from an institution recognized by the State Board of Technical Education or AICTE. Higher qualifications like a B.Tech or B.E. in the relevant discipline are also accepted provided the diploma foundation exists.
The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 37 years for the Unreserved (Male) category as per the official cutoff date.
- Preliminary Screening of Application Forms.
- Merit-based Shortlisting (based on academic marks and experience).
- Document Verification (DV).
- Medical Examination.
- OBC/BC (Male/Female): 3 Years
- UR (Female): 3 Years
- SC/ST (Male/Female): 5 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years
