BITS Pilani Research Fellow Exam Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold an M.E./M.Tech. or M.Sc. degree in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. A valid GATE/NET score is mandatory for most research fellowship positions.
The maximum age limit for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) positions is generally 28 years as of the date of the advertisement.
- Shortlisting based on academic credentials and GATE/NET scores.
- Technical interview conducted by the Departmental Selection Committee.
- Final document verification and medical clearance.
- SC/ST/OBC/Women/PwD: Up to 5 years relaxation as per DST/Government of India norms.
