ITBP Assistant Commandant Recruitment (General) Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Physical standards require a minimum height of 165 cm (Male) and 157 cm (Female), with specific chest and weight measurements as per the official medical board guidelines.
Candidates must have attained the age of 20 years and must not have attained the age of 25 years on the first day of August of the year of the examination.

- Physical Standards Test (PST) / Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Medical Standards Test
- Interview/Personality Test
- Final Merit List based on Written Exam and Interview
- SC/ST: Up to 5 years
- OBC: Up to 3 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Up to 5 years
- Central Govt Servants: Up to 5 years
