Selection Stages
The selection process for the Indian Army is designed to identify candidates who possess both the physical capability and mental aptitude for service. The process comprises three primary rounds:
- Physical Fitness Test (PFT) at the Rally Site: Candidates must perform specific physical tasks and activities to demonstrate their fitness. This round is mandatory and serves as a primary filter.
