Candidates must possess a 12th Class Pass from a recognized Board or equivalent. Proficiency in Shorthand and Typing at the specified speed (dictation/transcription) as mentioned in the official notification is mandatory.
The candidate must be between 18 and 27 years of age as on the crucial date mentioned in the official advertisement.
